Once again I have experienced excellent customer sevice from betjam!! There was a minor problem during a transaction which was certainly no fault of betjamaica. It was a third party issue. Herman at betjam solved this problem and was even gracious enough to throw in a little extra. What a great guy and an excellent betting site! The best customer sevice in the industry. I recommend BETJAMAICA to anyone looking for a class A book. KUDOS to Herman AND ALL THE staff at BETJAM. The RX and betjamaica- superb TEAM!!!!

No doubt bet jamacia is great with customer service my only issue with bet jamacia is not enough props. and like for fights ,lines come up to late in the day other then that solid book

herman is the best in the business. has help me plenty. also dont know why people would use any other book. as far as being paid the quickest they cant be beat. i know they dont offer a wide variety of team totals or prop plays but for parlays and straight wagers cant beat them
