Not at all. I have made two withdraws 4 days apart and both were processed and I had funds by 6pm the same day. Now, I use Bitcoin so I don't know if that is making it much easier to process as I have heard the processors are a nightmare for Sportsbooks. I literally had money requested yesterday, by 6pm it was in my Bitcoin wallet and cashed that out to my checking account and it was in there this morning. I don't think I have seen that much efficiency when dealing with Sportsbooks dollars since Neteller was available to US residents. Best of luck.
I know I am new to posting, but I go on this board almost every day to view the rubber room. I use heritage. I requested a pay2card about month and half ago. 10 days after I requested it they messaging me telling me that there is problems and asked if i wanted it through different means instead. I said, sure. They paid me through moneygram. Today, I requested 1.5 bitcoin at around 10 am est got it delivered to my wallet about 2 hours ago. So, I really think its the processor. Unless, there is something else we do not know. Set up a bitcoin account. It took me 2 days to figure it out. Use airbitz. If you use them you dont need all those other exchanges/wallets that they said you need to set up as well.
It does sound a bit confusing, but if you use airbitz; is a one stop bitcoin shop. Its a wallet and exchange. Therefore, the confusion about switching to coinbase or bitstamp to exchange it is irrelevant.More over, the day I got paid in bitcoin I went to a bitcoin atm and got the money out in cash. This was all done in the same day, like I said.
I asked about the Pay2card and they told me it will be back soon. But, with p2p so low and cashier check taking over 2 weeks ill take bitcoin.
