Sean Penn, Madonna and I are all getting some free passes from Chuck and Lander to see this one. First I have to finish reading "My Lies" by Clinton. It's amazing with all the shelling "W" is taking from the left that the presumptive nominee Lurch can't get any traction. And the right hasn't started the heavy fire against him yet. I say back up the truck and dump a bundle on "W" to win while the odds are still reasonable.

Yup. Kerry should be propelling in the polls. I don't know if he has something incredible (like, oh, I dunno, a platform maybe??) up his sleeve, but he seems more and more like a wet Kleenex every day.

Neither, really. When I use that phrase, I generally mean 'useless' or 'lacking substance.' Kerry might get a lift by naming Edwards, but from what I've been seeing, he's about as useful on his own as a battery-less vibrator. And that's pretty useless in my world.
