This happened in Sept. The guy lived. And the Trooper was arrested and charged.

Just because he didn't die doesn't excuse it, the point is this shit happens a lot, and most of the time they get away with it. Had it not been on video for sure the guy is charged with resisting arrest. I'm sure the usual posters will be in here to defend the cop for dealing with this thug seatbelt offender.

These state troopers have tough jobs. I wouldn't want to do it. Walking up to a car with tinted windows and gangsta shit all over it and the hip hop blasting at 2 am must be very scary.

Also this is the person the whole anti-police movement should have rallied behind. Brown and Garner cases are flawed. This guy has a legit case.
