Well, either that or I'm suggesting you head down to your nearest Home Depot or Home Hardware and load up on 4x8 plywood. @)

But I'll tell you what I'm gonna do now that you asked. I'm gonna get behind this team and ride the Hurricance to the finals. Just for you Ivan! Since you like to stir the pot like you do.

Can they beat the big bad Bruins?

They certainly are the least sexiest team left in the East. Paul Maurice, such a bland coach that's cycled thru the system. Carolina a plus $180 dog in the series. Playing the top seeded Bruins that swept the Habs. These Canes just snuck in the back door on the last week of the reg season.

I'm all over them!

Nice find, Enjoyed this very much!!

I have a lot of favorite songs Crazy, but this one ranks right up there and held the test of time. If you get a chance to watch the movie, it's pretty good as well.

I read a little about the movie too, and one critism was that the movie did not tell the whole story, like the fact that 6 hours earlier just down the street another bartender was murdered and it was Rubins best friend dad, (and drinking buddy)

Also he had lost like 7 straight fights the last 2 years prior and was no longer even on the top boxing ratings

Not to mention being in jail all his life and also being kicked out of the military for psycological reasons

But I will rent the movie this has peeked my intrest

thanks

irregardless of what you think of hurricane carters guilt or innocence, you definitely have some great musical taste Bushay. rare for these forums,

You have to check out his tour with willie nelson and he did some with merle haggard too.He is touring minor league stadiums ,the show is an absolute blast.

cooking out on a warm spring night and listening to these great musicians in these ballparks, it really is a great bit of Americana ,see it soon, they are not getting any younger . it blew away every show I have been to in years

dylans new album is great I heard this beautiful song off the new album yesterday on a beautiful spring day

You know. I've never heard THAT side of this story before. So I guess it really depends on who's telling it. I was reading about him on Wikipedia and they never mentioned any of that either. I'm not much of a book reader but I bet that's a good read as well.

Johnny's in the basement
Mixing up the medicine
I'm on the pavement
Thinking about the government
The man in the trench coat
Badge out, laid off
Says he's got a bad cough
Wants to get it paid off
Look out kid
It's somethin' you did
God knows when
But you're doin' it again
You better duck down the alley way
Lookin' for a new friend
The man in the coon-skin cap
In the big pen
Wants eleven dollar bills
You only got ten

The pump don't work
'Cause the vandals took the handles

I had a chance to see him at a small local venue by me a couple summers ago. I missed it but a friend went and told me he looked and sounded very old. I really enjoy his older stuff. The stuff he got famous on. Long live Robert Zimmerman.

Sorry I asked there Scotty and as far as stirring the pot goes, it's reactions and/or responses like the one you just provided above to my question that constantly stirs the pot in these forums.
As for the series itself or the Canes themselves, I really couldn't give a sweet shit as to who you like, so you can refraim from your little speeches.
Now do me a favor and head on down to your local depot and purchase a couple of splinters. I'm sure you know where I'm suggesting you stick them!
