Help, Survivor Pool tie

This my first time running a Survivor pool. We have 38 people $100 buy in. Never thought about a tie and didn't make any rules about it. The software i'm using at the moment has Cinny as a loss. I will have people mad at me either way.

If any guys in here are in pools and had Cinny or Car and are still in a survivor pool after a tie?

Generally do ties lose in Survivor?

Ties are losers! WHoever had Cincy is out. It's a suicide/survivor pool, so win or go home! No ties allowed!

Russell is 100% correct. The bengals tied, they did not win the game.
