I'm updating this thread now that the matter is resolved. Here's the original post and my update below :

Did anybody make a wager on the TCU / Boise St game at SIA? If so, please indicate which side you had and what the line was and what time it was placed.
I made a wager on TCU. SIA hung a line of +12, which was the best I could find as most other shops had +11.5.
When I checked my account a couple days later, I found the bet was graded as a loss. Looking deeper, the bet history stated I took TCU -12, when Boise St was the favorite and TCU was the underdog.
After contacting them, they simply voided the bet and refused to credit the winnings.
So, I would like to know if anybody else placed a bet on this game, and how it was handled by SIA.
This is my first time having any sort of problems with them. I've been with them for about a year and they always paid promptly.
-- Update --
My thanks goes to Sting at gambling911 for looking into this matter and contacting SIA on my behalf. Here's an excerpt of the reply I've gotten from Sting's contact at SIA.
------------
What seems to have happened here is that for a short time the line on this game
was reversed and TCU were posted at -12 instead of +12. When this happens we
void any bets, and try to contact everyone who bet the bad line and let them
know of the error, giving them the option of re-instating the bet with the
corrected line before the game starts.
Your case is unusual as you bet the wrong side of the bad line as usually most
of the bets would have been on Boise St +12, with no action on TCU, especially
when the line was so far out. Anyway I believe our Customer Service department
treated you unfairly as it is clear your intented bet was on TCU +12, and for
this please accept my sincere apologies.
------------
As I've said before, this is the first time I've had any problems with them in about a year of being with them. I've always been paid promptly when I requested a payout. And when I had to call them before on other issues, the CSR's on the phone have actually been very pleasant to deal with, so I've had a very favorable impression of them until this happened. Needless to say, I was pissed when I kept getting boneheaded responses from SIA at first when this thing happened, but at least there is one preson in there that has a clear head.
Thanks to Sting, and also Michael Cash (who offered to help as well), the General (who suggested that I contact those two people) and happy holidays everyone.
