i just signed up to the GREEK but they did not let me transfer funds form my CC bc of the bank I am with.. now I signed up for a money booker account- but every page i turn to it says: funds for betting is prohibited, blah blah- you will be turned in.. your ip is this bla blah.. is this a true concern.. it also charges you 2%
anybody know an easier/cheaper method???
