My fav thing I've discovered over the last month is a drink

Turkey Hill Diet Green Tea.....
I am a huge ice tea drinker so I had no idea how I would be able to give up my sweet tea, but I found that Diet Green tea and LOVE it. I drink about a half a gallon a day. No Calories and great taste. It sweetened with honey and has gingsing The only time I dont like it is if I just took a bit of something sweet. (Like my choc protein bars)

Also, I know it's been mentioned on here before but Rice Crispy Treats are only like a 100 cal and really satisfy my sweet tooth. Also, the 100 cal packs of chocolate covered pretzles, theres not a lot but it just enough for me if I want something sweet.

Excellent, especially those PButter granola bars.

Hey Defying, check that Turkey hill label... it might have that nutra-sweet type shit in it which is the worst thing you can ingest. Make your own iced-tea once a day with honey, lemon and mint

Cheetos.....

But no, seriously, I enjoy fresh blackberries and strawberries daily at this time of year. Also you can never go wrong with a plain wheat sliced turkey sandwich with a little spicy mustard. Those Fiber1 granola bars are pretty good as well.

I assume you mean sugar-free, unless they invented a fat-free peanut between now and the last time I bought peanuts. Which was this morning.
