Health insurance in Costa Rica

I was wondering if anyone could help me out by recommending a health insurance agent / provider. Viejo and Judge i know you guys posted on this in the past. Any help would be appreciated.

I used to get travel insurance which was $30/mo if you weren't travelling within the USA...
