Triple Crown,
I found this on your website.....
NETeller:
You may request your withdrawal be sent to your NETeller account any day of the week. Once approved the withdrawn funds will be sent directly to your NETeller account.
Money Out: We cover transaction fees once every thirty days. Otherwise, client covers fees (approximately 4% with a minimum fee of $2 US). Withdrawal requests via Neteller are limited to $2,500 US per day.
Money In: We cover transaction fees from NETeller to triple crown Race and Sportsbook on deposits of $200 US or more into your wagering account. Otherwise, client covers fees (approximately 4% with a minimum fee of $2 US)
Restrictions: Money received via NETeller must be paid out via NETeller prior to money being withdrawn via any other means.
For Neteller withdrawls it seems contradictory. On the one hand it says "client covers fees" but on the other it says "approximately 4%". For a book to client transfer the fees as far as I know that Neteller charges the book are capped at either $15 or $30 depending on the book's arrangement.
So, are you saying we are responsible for...
(a) the actual fees or
(b) a 4% levy?
