It's not enough to take it to the Supreme Court. Congress needs to grow some ba\\s and take on these judges!

In November 2012, President Barack Obama nominated Derrick Kahala Watson to serve on the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii.

This came after Judge David Alan Ezra assumed senior status in June 2012.

In April 2013, the Senate unanimously confirmed Watson in a 94 to 0 vote after months of delays.

Ignore the judge and enact the ban. Trump has the authority, not the judge.

Time to expand Guantanamo Bay to include activist judges and other traitors.

Donnie sez he will take it all the way to the SCOTUS

lolz

Most fun part is knowing that we can just add this to his long lost of Hot Air claims

Plays well to an audience of umenployed malcontents in Nashville, but as with all his other Big Plans will ultimately wither on the vine.

Good news though....Reviews on the Trump Winery are coming in

US Congress contains many Dim Bulbs, but few interested in chasing windmills on behalf of Donnie's irrational xenophobia

Maybe PM May will write a letter of support......let her know you are behind her

liberals can't win the battle of ideas, they have nothing but hate

they can't win with legislation

they can't win at federal levels

they can't win at state levels

they can only dominate impoverished crime ridden cities , nothing else

they need activists judges making unprecedented rulings on national security measures, the only thing they have going for them is to hope some fucking idiot does what fucking idiots do

the USSC has already ruled on these matters, they're smart enough to know they don't have access to National Security Intelligence the POTUS does, so they've deferred judgement on such matters

A judge literally has to be a fucking moron to not recognize this, to not know he's in over his head, which of course are both prerequisites for being a libtard

just a bunch of fucking idiots continuing to be the fucking idiots that they are

Bullshit barman, Trump can and will get what he wants. He can simply and quietly say "fuck you" to the judge and implement it immediately.

Trump's gotta be steaming about now. Probably going to threaten to build an ocean between the US and Hawaii.

Actually, what he could do, and is beyond the courts reach, is to set the vetting rules so strict that virtually nobody could get in. He could ask for papers from birth to their current age, which most of those not wanted here can't produce. Totally out of reach from the courts.

Trump continually kicks their asses and they still can't figure it out.

Trump campaigned on the issue of Extreme Vetting. Yet he refused to define what that meant. Now when it comes time to actually implement Extreme Vetting, we see it is just using the same vetting Obama did
