The books that do this will claim that you have no "Willpower" or "Self-Discipline" to keep yourself from still betting, basically blaming it on you, and in a way they do have a point, but it still falls back on them for not getting your funds deducted from your balance, EVEN IF they don't send the payout for a while, DEDUCT THE FUNDS FROM THE ACCOUNT!

And I'm sure this is a method some use purposely for this exact reason.

There are some quick paying books in which you don't have to worry about this, none faster than Bet Jamaica if you don't want to face this problem again.....
