Based on the current track odds, you're likely to get approximately even money to show at best if Hard Spun finishes in the money. If Curlin hits the board, probably less.

Looks like hard spun doesn't have much show $ on him... If TVG is right he has the 5th most..

If Curlin hits the board (which he will) you will get $2.80 (probably $2.40) at best. Also like "Rightside" said, The short field only hurts...
Then again if Curlin doesn't hit the board you are looking at $6.00 plus.
Anyone remember the "Lady Secret" race where she bolted at 1/9?The 2nd choice 4-1 shot paid like $100 to show.Saw it happen at meadowlands as well with "Whipitwood" back in the day.He broke and the 3rd choice paid over $200 to show. Not saying that this will happen here with Curlin figured to go off at 6/5 but it would make a difference if he didn't hit.
