Halves Breakdown After Two Playoff Games.....

For teams with the better regular season record. All but 3 teams are 2-2 ATS. They are: Cle 1-3, Det 2-1-1, and Dal 3-1. My numbers reflect a one point buy for the first half.

Are you going to use the halves system on #8 seeds at home?

Yes, figuring that SanAn & Det will build big first half leads and lay low the 2d half. I'm more concerned about Memphis.

i was thinking maybe for the #1 seeds to bet on them 1st half and on the rest of the halves if they don't cover. Since they have the same shot or maybe better chance of covering the half. Whats your opinion on that?

Neither #1 seed won 3 halves on their home courts ATS. Why should they on the road? I only got a push in the 1st half of the Detroit opener because I bought 1 point. And SanAn lost both halves of their 2d game at home ATS. Personally, I think the system will work no matter what side you bet, as long as you keep betting the same side. That's heresy, but what the Hell, I'm a heretic.

yeah home does have a better chance to cover 1 out of 4.

have you thought about playing this system in MLB for the 3 or 4 games road series? Or maybe even top teams road/away games? I glanced at this season games for houston, reds, white sox and they combined for a record around 21-0 series win.

whenever you have time go check out this season results on the top standing teams and match it up to this system and look at the results. not only are there home series but also away series wins. good teams rarely gets swept during reg. season. theres always adjustments we can make to fit MLB but i see good potential of success.
