I agree that hunting just for sport is wrong, and how he supposedly was lured out made it even worse, and add in the fact that he was fond of human interaction was the icing on the cake for me.
Was talking about it with a friend and he stated "That lion wasn't doing anything, he just wanted to live his life and not be bothered at all, he was happy, and to just murder him when he felt he was in a secure place was wrong"
I agreed with her 110%.
And I remembered how she is 100% in favor of abortions.
But then it got me thinking.... and I asked "Shouldn't you feel the same way for a fetus in the womb?"
Answer I got was "That's different"
I asked "How so?"
She said "Cause that's the mothers body, and she has a choice to do with it as she wants"
I then asked "So a fetus isn't a living being, feeling secure in the womb, as it grows and matures into a human being?"
She stated "It isn't a person until it is born"
I asked "Doesn't it have a heartbeat?"
She said "that doesn't mean its alive."
I asked "So what makes something a living creature?"
She said " something is living when it is born"
I said "So, something is only alive when it is born? What constitutes being born?"
She said "When it leaves the mothers womb"
I asked "So when a fetus is pulled out of the mothers womb, then its born?"
She said "No because its not living before it exits the womb during an abortion"
I asked "Wait, so the fetus is dead in the womb? How can something be dead it if was never alive?"
She said "Its never alive until it is born naturally from the mother womb"
So folks... A fetus/baby isn't alive until it is born..... Until then its just some weird object with a heartbeat, that somehow miraculously grows for month on end, and needs nourishment to survive.
Weird stance.....
But im sure most of you already know I am against abortion unless it is a life or death situation
