Guy Cuts Off His Own Penis 😳

Witnesses said a guy in his 40s near & around the Los Angeles convention center stabbed himself several times & cut off his own penis before bleeding to death .
The guy tried to decapitate himself & tried to cut one of his arms off .
Some of the Witnesses were horrified by what they’d had seen & have said they’ll need to seek professional psychiatric help to deal with it .

witnesses said the guy seemed to be mentally disturbed .
Say what …. Yeah , no shit the dude was mentally disturbed .
