Fair question and no disrespect intended just a suggestion. Try not to guess why the oddsmaker sets the line where it is. My numbers show the line should be Oklahoma State between 1 and 2, thus line value lies with Georgia Tech. Doesn't mean the Yellowjackets win just means they carry the value. Ted - what you stated I agree with but I think there are times(ie. a final four game with very active public wagering) when it can be a factor, at least for me it is. Ironically, I made a similar comment as Inspades in my analysis of this game. I will say this - by no means should a decision to play a certain side be based on what the opening line is set at alone. If you don't feel you have an edge with the matchup on the court, then making a play based on this alone is close to guessing. What is so interesting is that all of us have different styles and makes all the RX posters great resources.
