Gravy Plays for the Divisonal round 1/10 & 1/11

Figured that I would play some games and here is what i like today:

3 Team teaser - 6 Pts


New England (-1)

Over 41.5

Seattle (-6)

New England (-7) All I hear this week is the Ravens have their number and too much love for Flacco and he is so due to get his ass handed to him and think the Pats put a smack down on them and if you look at the playoff games the Pats played at home in the divisonal round I believe the games have been high scoring so I will go with that.

Seattle (-11) My views on Seattle are I think Newton is hurt and is gimpy and with Philly Brown being hurt and Benjamin probably getting covered by Sherman that shuts off 1 side of the field.That leaves Newton with his TE Olsen and I think the Seahawk linebackers can cover him.That leaves a QB with no downfield threats and think Newton with the 12th man in full effect wont know what to do and him not at 100% will be a sitting duck. I think the Seahawks will go downfield more than usually do as beast mode will be the panthers main priority tonight and he will get his yards but Wilson running and passing will be plenty tonight as i see this as a 34-13 type of game tonight.

I will post my plays for the games on Sunday probably tommorrow but leaning towards Denver for sure and toss up with Dallas and GB as I hate playing a public dog in Dallas but Rogers calf scares me.

Looks solid! Instead of the total, since I'm not much of a total bettor, think I'll switch it with Denver as part of that teaser. I was thinking the exact same thing about the Baltimore/NE game. That line is fishy to me. Looks like a trap to take Baltimore.

Thxs ham for the comments and I agree on the trap with Baltimore looks to good to ride the Ravens today and most of the team they had when they beat the Pats are gone.Dont forget I dont think they Ravens run much today as Forsett is up and down and both Smiths will have to come up huge for the Ravens today if they are going to win today.

Boy, Scam's only 3rd PO gm & 1st on the rd doesn't bode well for him. He looked so out of sorts vs ARI & if not for Lindley's ineptitude, CAR likely would've lost that gm. Stewart has held this "O" together, but now faces tough run "D" @ the Link. Newton will need to make plays to even score in this one, & I don't think he does.

CAR's "D" vs SEA "O" always scares me, but I think Lynch wears them down late & SEA covers eventually.

Thxs Wormy,chonce,jax as I forgot to get back to this thread but had a great day as I nailed everything excpet NE but played the overs also and I should have posted those also as I almost nailed the Seahawks game.Anyways onto todays games.As some of you might or might not know me I am a huge Packers fan living here in Ohio and I will tell you what I am very scared today aboout this game today as I dont know how a guy plays with a slight torn calf muscle and I know he will be shot up but 1 wrong move and I think he is done and the Cowboys seem like a team of destiny this year as much as I hate them.The cold weather wont bother them that much I just wish it was more windy today. so with that out of the way here are my plays:

Dallas (+6) I look for ALOT of 2 guys for the Cowboys today to have big days for them today and that is Murray running the football and Witten over the middle of the field.I think Hawk is a bum who cant cover anybody and if the Cowboys O-line can wear down the Packers D-Line it could be a long day.Rogers will get his and will be tested right off the bat with Blitzes to test him.Look for Cobb today to have a biig day for the Packers catching the football as when the cold weather hits he shows up big and lacy and Starks must be effective running the football to keep Dallas honest.I see a nip and tuck game and if Rogers plays the whole game and thats a BIG if I think Packers win a close one if not and Flynn comes in the Boys win outright amd good I hope im wrong but I see this game like 34-27 type of game so a lean towards the over.

Denver (-8) I think Manning isnt 100% but I think today he will be ok with 2 weeks off as my bet is based on 2 things I dont think the Colts will be able to run the ball today and Anderson running the ball effective.Also look for Julius Thomas over the middle today as i think he needed 2 weeks off and will kill the Colts LB over the middle and if you look at Mannings numbers look how bad they are with Julius Thomas not being in the lineup.I would be stunned if the Colts win today but i dont see it and I see a 41-24 type of game here.
