Be careful with this as Roethlisberger is no stranger to wearing gloves, he wore them in high school, he wore them in college at Miami of Ohio and he has worn them at different times thru out his NFL career mostly when the weather is bad...

...for what's it worth the report is wrong because Roethlisberger did in fact wear gloves earlier this season in a couple of bad weather games, obviously he is going to wear them because they allow him to grip the ball better which is the very same reason Cardinal QB Kurt Warner wears them as well.
