Thank TCG, MM & TJ! My locals got me frustrated because they limit what you can play and they send lines out about 10-15 mins before gametime.

So you should find more places to place wager. My local gave me an acc so just place wagers like offshore; even at the place, they send out paper 30 mins before game time.
