Gonna make a bold statement. If Lynch scores the game-winning TD, he's in the HOF

And Brady is not considered the greatest of all time.

Thanks Pete and buffoon Bevell.

Hell of a leap

Found this interesting:

Lynch currently ranks 35th all time with 8,695 career yards -- but there are just three active players with higher totals than him (Steven Jackson, Frank Gore and Adrian Peterson). Moreover, in his past two seasons in Seattle, Lynch -- who is just 28 -- has averaged 1,281 yards per campaign; if he keeps up that pace for three more seasons, he can reach the top 10. He also ranks 13th in postseason rushing yards with 815, more than any active player.

If Brady loses the other night he isn't the greatest of all-time........He couldn't be with a 3-3 Super Bowl Record............But since Brady won he is the best of all-time as his actions in the 4th Quarter (scoring 14 points on a great defense that was defending their title) put his team in a position to make the game-saving play.........As if Brady doesn't do what he did in the 4th Quarter then Seattle simply runs the clock out...........Fair or not, its a team game..........Joe Montana had Jerry Rice along with many others to help him........The Off-The-Wall Helmet Catch cost Brady one Super Bowl as well............Others would argue Wes Welker cost them the other one.........It almost looked like that again after Kearse made that freakish off-the-wall catch, but this time it worked out for Brady in the end..........

wow....AP has more yards than Lynch? I feel like he is younger and he missed 2 full seasons....that is hard to believe he is ahead of someone that gets the kind of workload that lynch gets

Lynch didn't really do much on Buffalo his first 3 1/2 years. It wasn't even a case of him just being on the wrong team either, I remember he was pretty bad watching him play for them. Got way better on Seattle, late bloomer.

I guess when someone plays for diff teams that makes him seem older too....but I feel like he gets an outrageous amount of touches...which is what shocks me about the stat

Lynch will be lucky to play 3 more years in a meaningful role.

Unless he retires I think he is > 50/50 to re-sign. At his age and with other good RBs on the market he probably won't get a big offer from another team.

Oh yes he will.

He is probably pissed right now that he didn't get that carry to win the game. I can't see that situation getting any better. He is going to keep hearing about it.

I don't think he comes back

Everyone is a Hall of Famer. So what? Make 2 or 3 Pro Bowls and you get in. So basically your team has the best of everything but receivers? and that is your reason for sucking? I now hate the Seahawks. I hope your stadium burns down with " the 12th man" in it. Should be used as missile testing venue

Doubt he cares. Just gonna go to who offers him the most guaranteed $ in all likelihood. This is his last big contract

With AP, Murray being FAs and with Lynch being close to the wrong side of 30 with mileage on him I'd be surprised if a team came with that strong of an offer but it only takes 1 team.

I don't like when guys get in because they were "pretty good" for a long time. Jerome Bettis is the epitome of this. He had a lot of longevity and was a pretty good player but nobody is gonna be bouncing their grandson on their lap in 25 years telling them "I saw the great Jerome Bettis play"
