Good day on the props. Not so much everywhere else.
Question, why play the prop of Lebron -1 vs. Kobe, total points when you have a bunch of parlays tied to the Lakers? It seems like you're middling yourself because you need Kobe points for the Lakers win, but don't need them for the prop. Win-Lose situation. Doesn't seem like a possible win-win situation.

></o>when doing props, i think it is best to separate what you think the outcome of the game will be and focus on how it will get to that result. first of all, my numbers told me to go with James in that situation. I believed the line was off by about 6 points and I only had to pay -120 juice. While James and Kobe are both facilitators as well as scorers, James has to do more with less. Once crunch time hits, you know James will be driving and going to the line and adding up those late points. Kobe has options on the wing and a stud within 15 feet in Pau Gasol. Cavs are without Z and West, which adds scoring burden on James.
I do not regret my play, but I think I got a little bit lucky. James and Kobe both had off scoring days, but the supporting cast of the Lakers won me that bet. Usually do decent in props, but I have never gone 8-0 in a day....
ps fucking dirk hitting the buzzer beater lost me my 6 teamer. hit the last 5 legs. oh well....
