UAB +13.5
How long is Louisville going to get the inflated line? They haven't played with any heart or passion all season long and I don't expect it to start here. They have played down to thier opponents, lacked on the defensive side, and haven't shot well. Vegas should be shortening these Ville lines until they prove worthy of that top 10 rank that they came into the season with. Whenever Ville has ran into a team with a pulse this year they have played them close and even lost to Western Kentucky and Minnesota. UAB is no pushover and can keep this game very close down to the wire. 13.5 points are too many here and I have no choice but to take UAB.
Miami -5
Thats right, I will back them. Yea, they got crushed by Clemson on thier own floor but get over it. Teams play bad games and teams get blown out and St Johns is no Clemson. They don't have the speed, the shooters, or the intensity Clemson has which is what put them over the top last Sunday. I will tell you right now St. Johns is not very good and the fact that they are playing at home really doesn't phase me. Miami will go in thier led by McClinton and run away with this game near the end of the first half. I expect this to go just like the Va Tech-St Johns game.
Ohio State -3
I do not believe Ohio State is for real, not one bit. I think they are an upper tier Big Ten team at best. However, I really do not think West Virginia is anything special this year as well. The Buckeyes have found ways to win games with good defense and good shot selection which is two qualitys I like to have in a team. I understand WVU got Ruoff back but frankly, Ruoff is not the star that is going to take this team to the next level. Ohio State is just the better team and even with a slight height advantage for WVU, height does not make rebounding. This should be a close game for the most part (flirting with leads from 2-7 points) but Ohio St will get the win at the end.
