Jake should have to reimburse your expense... After all, he is the one making you do this to get your own $$$ from him.

Troelson,

Are you by any chance worried that Jakes caller id is going to show your number that corresponds with somebody elses account?

Troelsen,

Thanks for the email. I replied and the case should be settled.

Fat Frank and the rest,

Guys, please realize I am looking out for the best interests of my company. If something does not look right, I should not pay without checking it out. In Troelsen's case, I simply wanted to speak with him in regards to his account. Of course, had he called, I would have reimbursed the fees (although $200 sounds VERY STEEP), however if he coud prove it, I would have paid it.

From the very first post, The General knew what was going on. I was not hiding facts. We were not delaying payment or freezing funds. We simply had the account blocked and sent him an email requesting he contact us. I even asked for his number to call him. Anyway, this case is closed.

Let me know if anybody needs anything. Thanks.

Jake

I know that and dont blame you.

But this is supposedly a "players" site and the only recourse we have (because you guys have our money) is to 'hold your feet to the fire.'

So far, you have done well... You havent cussed me

Fat Frank,

BELIEVE ME, I realize this is a players site. I just want a fair shake...that is all.

calling an 800 number from denmark is the same as a call to the us or canada, so it's very cheap.

Anyone who comes on this forum crying wolf, before contacting their book, throws up a red flag in my book. You claim you don't have a telephone, well your internet seems fine. Shoot an E-mail to the customer service department.

I disagree that this is a "Gambler's forum". I think is an offshore sportsbook/casino forum. Thus the owners/managers of said books/casinos have just as many rights here as the players.

There will always be the band wagon jumpers who take the side of the player REGARDLESS of the situation, just to rationalize, or further their own agendas.

The question was asked, why is it that the books, only look into irregularities when someone is winning, or wants a payout? I have found this to be untrue. Many times the book notices something odd (Not illegal, or fraudulant), and decides to keep an eye on said account. If something is fishy, one do's not call that customer to let them know. One waits, and watches untill they have hard proof one way or the other. That hard proof tends to come right before a payout.

As usual Jake shows his class by responding in a professional, and timely manner. It's just a shame that he should have to do it in a public forum.
