What a Fraud
I have enclosed evidence of his fraud
1) His email from WEEK 7 Picks (a fraud he claims)
2) His email after the Fraud Week 8 Picks
3) His website revealing him changing his picks
Week 7 he lost a pick in his supposedly perfect 18 year NFL betting record.
Soon after that we get an email claiming someone hacked into his account, pretended to be him and wrote bogus picks.
That is BS but lets say that is true. Then he wrote a new email to his clients claiming he was sorry for the bogus picks and to regain trust he is going to give Week 8 picks ( picks that cost $500 each) for FREE and post each pick 10 minutes after the game starts
His Pick for WEEK 8 was NYG -1 posted at Nov. 1, 2009 6 am eastern time

Now at 6 pm Nov. 1, 2009 he claims he picked Philadelphia for his paying customers
Bullshit because 1, there are no paying customers this week if you see in his email below
2, why the hell would you bet on the Giants at -1 and also tell the same clients to bet on Philly the opposing team
Also, he never posted Philly 10 minutes after the game, It was Giants all the way but he lost and tried to cover it up

Dear NFL Never Lost Client,
In this business I have come to realize you need to build trust with your clients. So here we go!
This is an exceptionally special week for my system because 2 NFL games have qualified. It's time to show the world just how good my NFL Never Lost System really is.

I am recommending betting both of my NFL Never Lost games as straight wagers as well as in a 2 team parlay. A 2 team parlay is when you combine both teams into 1 bet and get paid $260 for every $100 wagered. It's a great bet when you win. The only catch is you have to win both games to cash in on the parlay.
This weeks 2 NFL Games are the Carolina Panthers -7 and the New York Jets -6. Carolina will win by 20 points or more and the Jets will put Oakland right back to reality with a very strong win as well.

The Perfect Solution!
First of all I am shocked at the amount of responses I received regarding the screw ups the past few weeks. This character (and I will find out who did this because I have yahoo looking into this issue as well), sent picks out to my entire list not just my paying clients. That means over 3000 people possibly bet on those games.
WOWOWOWOWWWOW! is all I can say.
Okay here is how this can be rectified, verified and justice for all my paying clients plus those who received games who did not pay.
For this week only I am going to post the games on my web site for FREE!
I know this is a bit risky from a spread standpoint, however, my games are usually not even close so a few point move shouldn't be a factor.
This way the picks a re public and verified for everyone to see BEFORE the games go off.
So if you want to bet my games for this week only for FREE! I will be posting the College Game Tomorrow Morning at exactly 10:00 AM Eastern Time and Sunday's NFL Never Lost Pick at exactly 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
From this point on I will also post my games 10 minutes after they go off on my web site to make sure everyone can see them who did not purchase them.
That is the Perfect Solution!
