Vikes had Denver beat but lost on 3 turnovers in Denver. The Bronco defense is far better than the Bengals and I expect that Minny will thrive today even with a backup QB.

A year ago Detroit was on a great run and killing opponents with their defense by allowing an average of only 16 pts per game in the 6 wins in the last part of the season.
They now have lost all of the defensive play that did that - and when the Defensive coach left for Cleveland at the end of the season, it took a while, but is glaring now how much Detroit has fallen on defense.

Today they face a solid and improving Denver team thats in position to possibly get into the playoffs.
