Hey G-Man. Thinking about tailing your Browns play this week. Your write up last week mentioned the fact that the Browns can beat themselves sometimes and have trouble with turnovers. And thats exactly what they proceeded to do against NE.
But you go back to the well once again with them and seem to think they are a quality team nonetheless. I'm a little apprehensive about playing them cause of the altitude in Denver, its their 2nd road game in a row and they are turnover prone.
I'm curious why you like this team so much and also why you think they win this game. I'm guessing its cause they have a lot of talent and you see line value here cause of their bad record thus far. I'm not sure if I'm making it a small or large play as of yet
Appreciate the feedback.
This was a great ATS team last year with "Changes" that came after the first 4 games. Since then they've added some great players. When capping teams and games I never care about their won-loss record. Its all about potential each week against the current foe. last week was one of a few that almost everyone was starting on defense. Outcome? They held the Pats to only 13 points at home. Again the loss was due to turnovers.
In this game with Denver (now without Flacco) the Browns are facing one of the worst offenses in the conference. Im looking for Cleveland to nearly shut them out.
Look for a similar result like what KC did to them in Denver just 2 games back. Cleveland has a way better defense than KC.
Also on watch - is when Cleveland gets Hunt in the backfield in 2 weeks they will win-out all the remaining games, unless they have key injuries.
Im not concerned about thin air.. Its over rated and becomes an excuse for teams that go there and lose. KC had no issues.
