Not fading Texas in late game.
Scherzer is dominating in Night games with era of 3.82.
Javier is not great in Night games with era of 4.90.
Javier has a better home era overall of 3.71
Scherzer away is 4.31.
Last 3 Scherzer has era of 3.41
Javeir last 3 has an era of 2.30. Issue here is team vs team record with both pitchers.
Rangers did score 8 times against Javier on July 3rd so they can hit him.
Scherzer's worst game was 5 days ago vs Houston allowing the 5 runs.

Its Unlikely that Josh Jung will hit 2 homers again which was what beat Scherzer who allowed only 5 total hits in the loss.

Looking for Scherzer to reduce pitch count and get back to 14 PIP or less, that will give Texas a chance.

I dont believe that Javier can duplicate his last start vs Texas, so Im on the Rangers mainly because its a night game which gives a slight edge to MAX.

G/Man good luck with the games......but I didn't understand the analysis on the Houston/Texas game so much because Jung and Scherzer play on the same team. It sounds like some of your reasoning to back Scherzer is Jung not hitting 2 home runs again.....a little confused but agree with your plays! BOL

It was with a street bookie. He doesn't give out tickets. He only gives out a warning "YOU BETTER BE GOOD FOR IT OR YOUR IN DEEP SHIT". I do not want a paper trail betting that kind of money through the casino. I think you understand that.

Here was the play. It lost - but I didnt lose any money and came out +1000.00.

Anyone who Knows how I bet parlays will know this is a real good bet.
I always use both sides of the last leg to make a four team par a 5 team parlay bet. Both payoffs were large payouts if the Phillies won.
Ive posted these numerous times here in the past.
This is done when there is time to bet against the last play. In this case it was the next day.

Do the math.

They were for 400.00 each not caring which side won in MNF game. Game #5 was only used to double the win amount outcome.
400 to win x 1324. = 5296.00
400 to win x 1654. = 6616.00

I also bet an insurance play after the Eagles won to pay for my parlay risk amounts and bet the other side of the Phillies game to assure me a profit and to guarantee that my parlay money would NOT be lost.
After the parlay lost - I still made money that day. Net was +1000.00 after losing the 800 on the two parlays.

Thats the purpose of adding an extra leg to parlays. If you win the first 3 plays you cant lose any money.
Thats the way to bet 4-teamer's.

On a 3-teamer - I bet the last game in a split of the 4th game which means there is no opposite bet later. Its cheaper and Im still betting only 3 games to win but I didnt have to double up against the extra game later to save it.
On the 4 team play I bet the ML on the favorite and the points on the dog.

On the 5 teamer I used the spread twice (no ML) because the payoff was greater both ways and being an even number (7) the ML was over -300 and would have reduced the payout drastically if SF won..
