Missouri +7(-125) over Army.
Missouri lost its top offensive player(RB Tyler Badie) when he opted out of this game for the NFL draft.
Six (6) other Tigers are also out for various reasons. The First String starting QB is also being benched in favor of a First time starter - Cook.
Army has one of the two best rushing offenses in the nation.
Line on this game originally opened at Army - 3 and moved to -6.5 - ( may settle at 7 on Game day) - after announcing that the 7 players would be out for Missouri.
When the Opening line was posted, the mass of 80% plays were on Missouri. Now 62% are on Army. (Source Blankets)
Normally I would not bet this game with so many changes, but the team itself played good ball against better teams all season. Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky and Boston College.
Army tends to win games by small margins against Bowl-Level teams
My Play. Missouri +7.
Thursday Dec23
North Texas +3 over Miami, Ohio
Miami lost its last game of the season to Kent State - who provide me with a big win for my play on Wyoming yesterday. as Wyoming won easily 52-38. If you recall I wrote that Kent had allowed a 50 point average to its last 5 bowel level teams.
North Texas allowed half that amount this season with a decent defense only giving up 27 points per game. Against better bowl teams they allowed only 35.
All of the Bowl -level teams that NT played are better than who Miami, Ohio is at this point on the season - except for Cincinnati. Cincy led by 35-0 after 3 quarters and coasted . Miami was allowed to score 14 worthless points in the 4th quarter that meant nothing in that game.
MY Play. North Texas +3.
UCF +7 over Florida
Florida Starting QB is not playing. (Out - Knee injury) All the dynamics change with that issue.
UCF IS HEALTHY AND SHOULD BE A FULL STRENGTH WITH STARTERS.
These two are nearly even on offense with regular starters playing - but with the Starting QB for Fla out, the Seminoles are much weaker.
MY Play. UCF+7.
