hno:why fucking BCR?? thats a security step the password alone is not good anyone could get that info and steal the few cents in your/mine account...i actually like they are asking for this now besides it doesnt take that long to get one of them 5 mins and you got your card you get back in line and activate it yourself and reayd to go
the card is like this

3...up to 5 so each one has a different number when trying to make a payment or transfer system asks for A1 J5 F4 or whatever combination the system generates that way there is always a differnt one and if someone access your on line account they cant do anything unless they have your card

I went to the bank today (BCR) to open up a euro account and the guy was grilling me with questions, so I asked the purpose of a few and he told me that they can close your account if they know you are using it to pay/collect gambling amounts.
I mention this because many people write on the 'subject' line of a transfer bla bla bla wager/bet/apuesta or whatever....
So if you're one of those that does this kind of thing, be careful....

hmm, well that they didnt ask me but he did ask me how long id been working at where im at now and really all kinds of questions, another one was an average amount i was going to be moving in that account a month, which I found odd. He asked so many questions that I started grinning a little and he seemed to take offense to that so he started explaining that it wasnt him asking, he was required, I said I understood.

problem is , now they are crossing the line between asking and being downright asinine
and then I ask, with all these 'know your customer crap' how come BCR had accounts for Mario Quintavalle with the word "bank" in the company name (a BIG no-no)
and how come Banco Popular sent a FREAKING TRUCK to pick up money across the CR-Panama border.....for yet another 'bank' and never bothered to report it ........
