As for the game...'Noles were embarrasing to watch tonight. Defense couldn't stop the option read to save their lives, and Ponder looked completely lost. It didn't help that Antone is obviously still hurt. Jimbo made some terrible play calls with half-ass reverses, and the refs didn't help matters much either with some bullshit calls.
I was wrong about the game. Thought FSU's defense would show up tonight, but they clearly didn't. Disappointing night.

You mentioned 2 turnovers that were gifts, what were our turnovers? I doubt any team is trying to give the other team the ball. BC played great and we played really bad. That usually equals a bc win.

I'm sure the people who followed our advice last week giving up pts to clemson were appreciative. We were wrong about this game I'll be the first to tell you that. Our players didn't play up to par. I can't speak for the other guy, but I know when I post about the noles on here I post in an effort to make other betters and the forum more informed about our team from someone who lives and breathes garnet and gold. I haven't told one person to bet on them, but hoped I could provide information that some people who don't follow them may not know.
Coming on here and calling us homers for providing our opinion about our team for the less informed is fiarly childish. It was a good game by BC and congrats to the people who took them, even you. We didn't dismiss your comments about FSU's receivers out of hand. We simply responded with the true fact that FSU still had capable, talented WR's that should have been able to step up and carry the load. Parker, Carr, and Owens all had respectable games, despite Ponder's struggles.
The game was lost because of BC's dominant DL play, and FSU's non-dominant DL play. Hard to see the latter coming, especially the way FSU has played most of the season. Everette Brown got shut down...that hasn't really happened all year.
Truth of the matter is that FSU just didn't show up tonight. As someone that knows this team inside out, what I saw from the defense tonight was pathetic. On the swing pass to the RB when Carter got lit up and 4 FSU players watched the BC RB run down the sideline, FSU didn't even bother going after him. That one play summed up the night for FSU.
If that game is played 10 times, I'm betting on FSU all 10. And truth be told, I think they win 8 out of 10 times. FSU just didn't show up tonight, while BC did.

You keep bringing up the turnover BC had, but we also had turnovers how is it any different? Their turnovers were gifts but ours were all because of their talent? Like I said earlier, most turnovers are forced. I doubt anyone is giving the other team the ball on purpose.
