This pick is based on my patented "trend analysis system." I wadded up a bunch of peices of paper. half with Boise and half with Hawaii written on them. Put them into a hat and picked one out. It said Hawaii +22.5. Then I taped those papers to a dart board and blind folded myself. I threw a dart and it hit Hawaii +22.5. Therefore Hawaii +22.5 is my double lock of the day!

Hell, go ahead and make these two my "NCAA Football Double Lock Parlay of the Night!"
