YTD 5-2
SIDES 3-1
TOTALS 2-1

Conn has become enamored with turning the ball over. Lou has improved weekly. 2 starters on the offensive line missed last game; 2 others stepped up and 577 yds were the result. Lou freshman Anderson, burst into the limelight with 176 yds. Conn's defense exposed as a pretender vs Baylor.

Line is up to 3' early WED morning. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
5 Turnovers by Lou in the first game led to the total of 2 points scored. Lou's def 63, 33 and 30 total rushing yds in the last 3 games. They face Brown who I think is the leading runner in the country. Brown is mid size and looked one step slow, speed wise vs Baylor. <o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
Look for Lou's passing game to click against a suspect <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:place w:st="on"><st1:State w:st="on">Conn</st1:State></st1:place> def especially down the middle of the field. Baylor freshman QB said before the game against <st1:State w:st="on">Conn</st1:State>, that <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:State w:st="on">Conn</st1:State></st1:place> was vulnerable down the middle and proceeded to back up his observation with 4 TDs against a D that had given up one TD in the previous 3 games.<o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
I like my chances with Lou's improved D vs a team with an inconsistent QB. If Lou falls behind we have the QB and receivers to make a game of it. If <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:State w:st="on">Conn</st1:State></st1:place> falls behind... trouble, they will be forced to throw and they don’t excel at<o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
Conn 2 TOs and 2TAs lat 2 games. Lou 2TOs and 7 Takeaways last 2 games. Gotta love those ball hawking Ds.<o:p></o:p>

Covering 2 consecutive weeks on PrimeTime

Do you truly think Lou can cover 2 consecutive weeks on Primetime? This goes back to MistaFLava talking about the PrimeTime stage... how it is there to showcase certain teams, and this Primetime Stage is showcasing UCONN. UCONN didn't cover last week, this week, they will. LOU covered last week, this week they won't... GL Bro

Uconn can def win this game, but is that really ur reasoning for taking Uconn, a team can't cover twice in a row or lose twice in a row, on the primetime stage:ohno:.

It only failed me but 3 times

It worked for me with Dallas Cowboys this past week and I slammed the books for GooGoo Money. It worked for me last year with VT. The year before with 4 consecutive weeks where 4 Big East teams won and the following week they lose. I think it went something like this. Louisville beat rutgers, then USF beat louisvile, then Cinnative beat USF, then UConn beat Cinncinati. These are winning examples through the years... I messed up bad chasing it last year with Washington Redskins. 3 consecutive weeks on Primetime and they covered all 3. Other than that it's very effective. GL

Interesting, The Conspiracy Theory Approach to Capping, if it can hit more than 53% long term go for it.

Q: Who is behind the showcasing? Who controls it? Are they hiring? How can I get a job working for them? I can help them to cover up their tracks. The, you cover this week, I cover next week approach, is too simple and superficial, the books are going to notice...oh wait i forgot the books are in it also. The public is all over Lou so they are going to lose, the books make sure of it.

damn how do i get a job working for the conspiracy. I heard their health insurance is excellent and I need their dental plan.:missingte

Lou looking for payback for last years debacle loss:

UConn scored its first points on Larry Taylor's controversial 74-yard punt return. With the Huskies down 7-0 and 13 minutes left in the third quarter, Taylor settled under a 45-yard punt and appeared to call for a fair catch at the Connecticut 26. Replays showed Taylor putting up his right hand, and Louisville players stopped their pursuit as soon as he caught the ball. But Taylor sprinted left, then down the sideline and the referees didn't stop the play.

Louisville coach Steve Kragthorpe called a timeout before the extra point in an effort to get the officials to take another look, but after a consultation, they said a fair-catch signal isn't reviewable.

The official definition of a fair-catch signal in the rule book calls for a player to raise his hand above his head and wave it back and forth more than once, something Taylor didn't do.

"That wasn't no fair catch, that was a fair play out there," Taylor said. "The referee didn't call anything, he said it was a fair play. I felt I didn't fair catch it anyway."

It would be fair to assume Taylor is not an English major.

Wow, Definitely something to consider here. I remember that call and there was another one as well that was controversial......all coming back to me. That was one of the worst calls ever and there is no doubt Louisville will remember it.

Baddd memory. That was a super goof by the ref's. I couldn't believe when the Uconn punt returner waved his arm, sprinted down the sideline, and the ref's didn't call the play dead. (This can be view on youtube). On the game, Imo, Louisville will move the ball effectively by both ground and air and will win this game by a TD. GL :toast:

Game arguably means more to Lou than Uconn. A Lou loss leaves them at 2-2. A uconn loss leaves them a 4-1. emotions side with Lou in front of the home crowd vs a poor traveling Uconn squad.

The defenses are getting no respect as the Total shot up to 51' overnight.

I think we lost cuz Hunter got hurt... basically only reason why we sucked so bad to finish the game.

at the end lost the TO battle 3-1.

rxman: thought your theory was ??? until i came home midway through the 3rd and the only sideline shots ESPN was showing was of the UConn coach over and over. After every freaking play a shot of the Uconn coach. I'm like, "fucking rxman was right?" either the cameraman is gay (not that there is anything wrong with that)or fucking Espn is showcasing Uconn. not one shot of Lou's coach till the end.

Still, I don't put any merit in it but... i'm starting to wonder..
