Friday: 7th "Biggest Bet of Year" Play(Fresno st +8.5)

Are you kidding me!?!? This game is EVEN to me. This game could go either way. 8.5 spread?? Are you joking!!?? Give it to me!!!!

Here is my analysis:

First off, let me say, if I lose this bet, my money will be drained, and I'm done for the season, but I'm confident in this one. There is no other conference I follow more closely than the wac conference, and this game is for the wac title, BIG BIG GAME!! Fresno st is human on the road, but takes off it's Clark Kent glasses and becomes superman at home. They're undefeated at home with a win over Oreg st. Perfect 5-0.

Boise st on the road beat Idaho by only 14 pts, got beaten by Oreg st, barely beat louis tech by 6. They did blow out smu, but they're one of the worst teams in football.

I'm glad the boise st game at byu was on tv the other week, which made a lot of people out there get the impression Boise st is a powerful football team. I think this is why the spread is higher than what it should be. Was that byu win that impressive? Not really, byu is 4-7 and nowhere near as good as they used to be. BYU's previous 3 games which was all at provo, they lost to horrible Stanford, a mediocre air force, and got blown by Co st by 45 pts.

Boise st is good, but not THAT good. Just look at their schedule, very weak!! To give you a perspective of this, check this out....

The only tough competition Boise st faced this season was at Oreg st, a game they lost. The only other 2 teams with a winning record that they have faced was Idaho st and Tulsa, both games they got to play at home. The other 7 games were against teams with a losing record. Very very weak schedule.

Fresno st is much more battle tested. They played Tenn, Oreg st, Oklahoma, and Co state(beating oreg st). Fresno st scored more points against Oklahoma then any other team this season (28 pts). Take away these 4 games, Fresno st is 6-1.

This game is even, two of the best teams in the wac going head to head. And with Fresno st at home, this is a toss up. Why is the spread so high!??! 8.5 pts is a gift!! I'll take it!!!

I am so psyched that you are on this game. I was hoping to see you on this Fri. night WAC special. I know how good you are at the WAC. I too, think Fresno is in a great situation here. 8- is way too generous. As Co-Capt. pointed out, they have a bit of revenge on their minds, after getting spanked last year on the BIG BLUE field.
Sorry to see you struggling so much this year, but we still have some weeks to go. And we all know how money you are at college hoops.
