that line has been all over the place at 5d, opened -280 dropped right away to -200 (i think thats where i got it) back up, back down.

i dont know if there is actually heavy $$ coming in on this or if 5d just gets light action on mma, so they move the line easily.

also, not sure why dropping in favor of hamil. im assuming it is b/c he is such a big 205er and franklin is coming up 185. i like franklin here, until i see more progression in his all around game, cant take him against a top tier guy like franklin.

People must be thinking that Hammil can keep Franklin down.

Franklin won a UD over Okami and didn't have many problems. Hammil has a chance but I think -250 or so is where the line should be.

Have you watched that fight? Aside from the first two rounds where both fighters danced around and not doing much (with Franklin winning the rounds because he did just a bit more of nothing), the only action in the fight was Okami having his way with Franklin on the ground.

If that fight were scored as a whole and not by round, Okami would've won.

That said, Okami is a strong guy at 185, and it's unclear what Hammil is capable of against elite competition.

You cant compare Okami and Hamill . Okami has ground game and wrestling , stand up is OK . Hamill on the other hand has nice wrestling but other than that he doesnt have much to offer . Bisping landed bunch of punches and if Franklin does that Hamill will be dropped in no time .

Now Franklin -195. I'm on it a little at -185 but wishing I would have got more.

i think kampmann is underrated in general by mma fans, but i find the line close to accurate. i think it should be a pick em. crazy imo that kampmann actually opened up at -210, to bad i missed that one.

i have a play on franklin, but this one is a little confusing to me. just not sure why the line got drilled down from the open -280. i feel like i am missing something and following the crowd over the bridge. may drop a unit off of this is the line rises back up in faavor of frnklin which i expect it to do prior to fight.

Dont know much about Palhares, only saw his first ufc fight, but he looked real good. lokked strong and i think he has a bjj black (correct me if i am wrong). i am somewhat concerned that hendo's best days are behind him and i think this could be a dangerous fight.

as for lee, the way he crumpled up from one shot to his skull by alession sakara doesnt give me much confidence in him angainst boetsch who showed great power against heath. And you have to rememebr he took the hamill fight on short notice in the thin air of denver and looked real gassed in that fight.

if this parlay hits, it would be a real nice cash for you, so if you want to throw a unit out there for action purposes so be it. but i really cant imagine this hitting, just my opinion, but i think this one might be toast before the main card starts.

Kampmann is going to be the guy who gives Anderson Silva his biggest challenge, when that time comes.

I love his skills and he's got the all around game. He was impressive before he got hurt, and has been impressive afterwards.

I don't write Hendo off because he lost to 2 elite fighters. He lost to Rampage and Anderson Silva, not 2 B-level fighters. It cracks me up how people see a guy lose 2 fights in a row and think he's done.

I think he's going to destroy Palhares.

I've been really successful betting on MMA and this card has alot of $$$ written all over it.

agree that hendo shouldnt be written off. im not writting him off because of his too losses to elite fighters, i just think there will be better value on this card. hendo is 38 i believe, and when the ufc gives him a highly touted prospect, i tend to be hesitent to pull the trigger.

although i do agree with you about kampmann, prior to injury he was a win over rich franklin away from fighting silva for the strap, and you will prob see a play on kampmann from myself, esp if line goes to +120 or more. But i have much respect for Marquart as well. I can see Kampmann neutralizing Marquarts ground game tho and hurting Marquart on the feet.

Real excited for this one.

two fighters ppl just love but i am not convinced <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

i think they put on a good show but people think they are the next big thing

the two are Kampmann and the Irish Hand Grenade Marcus Davis

I both are middle of the road fighters that are one dimensional and can lose at an moment

Betting wise i think both are not safe bets they too inconsistent

I tend to agree w/you about Kampmann...I love his game and thought he was underrated until I saw the lines tonight. I think Kampmann is one of those guys stuck between the "A level" fighters & the "B level" meaning he doesn't quite have enough skill to beat Silva, Franklin, Marquardt but he will beat most everyone else. He is well rounded but not quite good enough at any one thing to give himself a big advantage.
I actually came over here because I'm used to betting at Bodog where the lines come out late but recently put $$ on Bookmaker so I'm now seeing lines much earlier and was surprised when I saw Nate at what I feel is a low -125. Couple that with the Franklin movement and I feel like I'm missing something??

So am I missing something or am i just getting in good before the line gets to the regulated, adjusted line I'm used to seeing? :think2:
