Former Vikings coach Dennis Green dies at age of 67

Former Vikings and Cardinals head coach Dennis Green has passed away at the age of 67, NFL Media's Mike Garafolo reported Friday.


Green finished his career in 2006 with a 113-94 overall record in 13 seasons and a 4-8 mark in the postseason. He coached Minnesota to a 15-1 season in 1998 and came one Gary Anderson missed field goal away from a Super Bowl appearance.

I suspect its bcuz he spoke his mind, was less restrained in saying his thoughts.

He was of age where anything can happen,, think Trump. Old guys in office scare me a little.

Dennis Green made any team competitive. He did one hell of an honrable job of doing so.
