Viejo, was wondering about something that has been on my mind. Do the clerks or anyone for that matter in the offshore industry have to sign some type of agreement that they will not sell client lists for the book they work for. i would think according to certain parts of the country, these would be in high demand for local books, i know in my case it would be. I wouldn't want out of state list's as that is really asking for a basket of snakes but locally i would think it would be a bonus. Your thought's:103631605

Why don't you just advertise in the newspaper?

I think i would pass on that and i know the penalty's in your area are a lot stiffer than in mine. Our officials have a lot better things to do than harrass player's or book's. Not trying to step on any toes, was asked that question many times by someone that does a lot of offshore business and he was also afraid of customer lists getting out. He said he has had calls from 10 different people that he doesn't have account's at and was worried it might get into wrong hands.

That's more or less what i had thought. My buddy called this morning and even though he has account's at 18 different places he said he had three different calls since yesterday. Some i know, some i have never heard of. I think it shows that there is a slowdown of business and anyone and everyone is trying for new business. He recognized the caller this morning and said last week he was with different sportsbook.. Evidentely, some people are leaving with the lists and #.

R.I.P Diego M, that will probaly tell you a little bit about how things can be dealt if you steal a list to the wrong people

The list's get out there somehow or myself and many others wouldn't be getting calls all the time from guys that i have talked to before and they are at different books. I guess the book that took them on could be willing to hire them if they came with customer lists.Lists get out other ways but this seems to be the most logical in hard times
