Just a warning to those that may need it: most of those trends mean absolutely...nothing!

Thanks for the info but I too agree that these trends seem a little too specific without basis for doing so. In addition they all point towards one team.

It looks very much like you're fitting your test to suit your hypothesis and not vice versa. If you look at enough variables you will eventually find one that is statically significant. You can fit a scenario for any team's upcoming matchup that yeilds a 5-0 record ATS and 0-5 record ATS.

Just thought I would point that out.

Looks good to me...
Just watch that Navy line. I live in Houston and know that Rice plays much better in Houston than on the road.

That's my point: I picked one matchup randomly

Temple - 5-1 ATS off ATS wins in 2 of the last 3 games
Miami FL - 1-6 ATS off BB Unders

I did a quick search and found

Miami - 5-0 ATS last 5 vs Temple when line is under 37

I appreciate the posting of this info and I myself will make good use of it. But to readers of this thread who might not know better it might be misleading since in all of your matchups you show a good ATS trend and a bad ATS trend pointing towards picking one way. I just wanted to show that in all these cases I can find an equally significant trend in the other direction especially with the wide range of limitations you have used.

That's why I brought up the idea that setting a hypothesis that you thinkg will specifically apply to your matchup before testing it by looking for a trend. Without doing so I can find data that supports playing each side.

That's all. Goodluck to all.
