You’re wasting your time.

(CNSNews.com) – Taxing millionaires and billionaires more – a position advocated by billionaire Warren Buffett and President Barack Obama – won’t make much of a dent in the national debt or the record federal budget deficits, a new study finds.

Even taking every last penny from every individual making more than $10 million per year would only reduce the nation’s deficit by 12 percent and the debt by 2 percent,” the non-partisan Tax Foundation’s David Logan writes.

Clearly, we just need to get more $$ from those American households with incomes of $40K or less.

Yes, a much smarter option, instead of raising taxes on millionaires, is to attack those wealthy teachers!!

I don't think that is what the study is suggesting. But why the fuck address the topic at hand?

Liberals cannot help themselves they have been deflecting questions for so long they don't know how to address the issue at hand. Face it the economy is in the shape it is in and you can blame everyone except Obummer.

Did you ever notice repubs always say" ya gotta start somewhere" when they wanna defund the little amounts of money going to npr or planned parenthood....but when taxing the rich it will only help just "a few billion dollars".

Straighten up friend, or I'm going to go dig up those late April/early May threads where you and I were having visions of Oriole over .500 season dancing in our stoney brains

One of my earliest favorite rock songs on accounta it was the only song then (and probably still now) that included the words, "ha ha - Mr Heath!"

Sorry that came out jumbled

I think we all got the gist of it. No source works for you unless it touts your beliefs. After all, you'd probably get about 100,000 hits if you just googled the subject (all saying the same thing). But I'm sure they're all biased in your mind. Must be tough being that much of an ideologue.

Love how the right want to equate with doing away the Bush tax cuts (any or all of it) with "soaking the rich" or "taking every penny they make"
