Rememer, last time we saw them they were getting smoked by UHouston in the Peach Bowl. So who said they were the #2 ranked team...it's the media. They tend to lock on coaches they like and promote their teams. PAC12 after dark tonight. Cal v Texas. Texas beat a now 1-2 ND team at home week 1, and went from unranked to #10 or 11 in the nation. Florida State has a Quarterback problem. That kid from Orlando (a freshman) has a ways to go before he reaches championship level if in fact he reaches it at all. He wasn't ready to take-on a fired up Louisville team on their field led by a QB also from Florida. I did detect a little revenge (overlooked by the Noles......and the Gators).

So Washington deserves to be where they are (#8) because they have looked impressive vs Rutgers, Idaho and FCS Portland St? Come on man, just stop. They've got the coach. They've got the talent and they are well rounded offensively, defensively and on special teams.
So far they've beat up on teams they are supposed to beat up on and they have executed well and delivered the kind
of punishment that a contender should. Jake Browning is a hell of a good QB. He's playing better than Prukop and he
is in the same class as Webb. I can still rate teams that don't have the resume yet because of how they play, especially
how they execute... team speed etc. Am I happy about it? Nope. They are the Ducks biggest rival. This is a very well
coached team. The jury is still out but UDub keeps on making its case and doing a pretty good job.
Some people spend all their time riding on other people's bandwagons. Not me. I judge things by myself and rarely
listen to the party line. Trust me. I've spent 40 years learning how to get it right.
So is UDub ready for prime time yet? I don't know. Maybe. They are definitely worth a look.
