Am I the only one that likes this line? Florida has won their last four games by 31, 30, 58, and 39 versus @ Arkansas, LSU, Kentucky, and @ Georgia, respectively. Not to mention they'll be pounding opponents to impress the voters.

I know Vandy is a little banged up. But couldn't this be a letdown spot for Florida after winning their biggest game of the year?

I see where you're coming from. But Florida is known for just laying the wood on bad teams. Not to mention Vandy hasn't put up more than 14 points (against all sub-par teams, minus UGA) since September, and lost 10-7 to Duke IN Vandy last week. I just don't see Vandy putting up a good fight.

It is a lot easier to bet big spreads when you know the coach of the favored team loves running up scores. Combine Meyer's prickish ways with a need to still make an impression on BCS poll voters and I absolutely love the Gators to turn out another game like they did against Kentucky.

I'll take Urban over Mack Brown any day of the week!

This is a night game and not the usual 12pm kick for UF. Meyer is really stressing winning this game to lock the SECE for UF. I think there's a good chance they pound Vandy old school style.

This is a letdown spot for Florida and the Gators were greatly aided by awful play on the part of UGA and UK the past two weeks, so they aren't as good as they have looked in recent action. Still, the talent differential is immense so i won't be taking the points with Vandy and praying that they don't get blown out.

UF created a lot of that bad play...let's give a little credit to that front 7 for UF who blew up that UGA OL all game long.

I'm actually looking for less of a letdown this year because Meyer is pushing to lock up the East, it's a night game, Vandy is 5-3, and had the last week off. Vandy's D has been a little suspect lately and their offense is putrid. I think Demps will be able to run on Vandy.

Std practice is definitely to take Vandy but UF is just rolling right now and I can see them hanging 40+ on the Dores.

Even though Gators are rollin, I think this is way too much points. My line is only at 17. With a home dog situation like this, Vandy off a bye, I can see a cover. Might be a backdoor, but still a cover. I think Vandy's been underrated this year. I know their O sucks, but they are a very well coached and disciplined team. They handle the ball well and don't make many mistakes. That's why I believe if they can keep UF off the field as much as possible, then they will cover. If they screw up in the slightest way, then it's Gators 49-14.

as always... aloha.

The trip to Nashville is always a "trickey" situation especially after a Fla/Ga game. Then there is always Steve Spurrier (SC) looming on the horizon and a regular season wrap-up game in Tallahassee. Life in the SEC is a tough proposition if you're trying to make a living by winning football games

With all that said, Meyer feels he has the tools to win a national champsitionship (this year); "all" he needs to do is get positioned for a shot at it in January which is no easy task with so many good teams still "hanging around".
