Balmoral Park has now achieved the dubious reputation of looking the other way when it comes to their drivers setting up races....The Illinois State Racing Commission is on"high alert" at this point monitoring the races.....According to insiders the FBI may be brought into the fray looking over superfecta races and the "signers" of the winning tickets and their correlation with driver/trainers.....This same ploy was used @ NOrthfield Park several years ago by the FBI and 3 top drivers were barred from racing.......

happens alot in the buggies maybe fixed race a week or so maybe 2 or 3...from a bettor standpoint it doesnt bother me if you stumble on them fine but with 40 races a week one or two bad ones isnt big deal.......thats just to me tho

Not hard to make a trotter break either, even the best trotter can and will break. Pacers, well, anybody can get pinned, right?

What I don't understand is these horseman get caught cheating either by fixing races or juicing horses, but they only receive short suspension. Joe Anderson has been juicing horses for years. Gets caught now and again but never gets banned. They just change the trainers name of the horses, but only in name, not a physical change.
