FIU at Alabama.....What am I missing!!!

First let me say I am a follower not a capper. But I don't see anyone talking about this game. Alabama is at -34. I love Alabama. but I suck!!! But I am just curious what some of the takes are on this game??? Serious replies only. I'm just asking!!! I got alot of respect for many guys here!

Will Saban back off at all??? I don't think so!!!!!

Big Bama fan here. Be careful about backing Bama with a big number to cover, as they tend to back off once the game is in hand. I dont have the numbers, but I am fairly sure they dont cover a very high % of these games. Also, remember last year when Bama played Tulane after beating up on Clemson? They barely got out with a win, and although I think Bama will win this game easily, I see it being closer to a 28 point spread. BOL with whatever you decide.

I thought they were fanatical about football in Georgia, but Alabama is on a different level. No matter what time of the year it is they are talking college football every day. It is insane. I've been to the majority of states in this country and I can honestly say Alabama fans are the most fanatical. They even get 70,000 people to show up for spring games. I remember one time I was in Alabama for the Auburn-Alabama game day and this outlet was really packed and by the time kickoff started it was a ghost town. Last time I went through there I heard some guy on the radio saying he wants the George Teague interception in the National Title Game radio call to be played at his funeral. There are only two season in Alabama. Pre-season and Regular Season.

I like the Bamma play here. They have a great team maybe even one of the best in the country. I capped them last week.
Well balanced team.
All areas fo the team are way above average. For this team to really lose if they stay intact they will have to be out coached.

Vs a weak D the RB could score any easy 28 pts with maybe 20 carries.

Vs a weak D the passing game could do the same thing

Vs a weak O the D could hold a team to one field goal.

Bamma could be a money maker for me this year.

No one should be betting on this game. On one hand you have an FIU team that will be clearly overmatched, so you really can't back that side. On the other hand, you have a Bama team coming off a big opening day win and could go through the motions. It is also unknown what Saban's strategy will be in calling off the dogs, so i don't see how you can confidently bet Bama either. Complete coin flip IMO...
