Yup, it'll be me! I guess this is going to be a Davdi vs. Goliath as I take on the world in this game.
I predict that Ell will only be out a maximum of one quarter. It may have been a curfew violation, but he never left the teams hotel. No chance they throw away the season for that, Snyder just won't do it.
Sure, OSU is good, at lest on D. The have the number 9 defense nationally, but they gave Bruce Perry 154 yds. and 2 td's. I think KSU witt Roberson and Sproles will hit them with the same type of attack.
Secondly, OSU has a terrible offense. Krenzel threw for only 11 td's and had 8 picks! Not very good against a top notch D tonight. Lydell Ross was the top back and he only rushed for 744yds this year. KSU boasts a very solid D as well and should be able to keep this unit in check very easily.
Roberson, once he gets in will present match-up problems for the buckeye D. KSU scored and did very well against my beloved Sooners, and I think they boast a pretty good defense as well.
Ohio State is a solid team, clearly, but they rely on the play of the defense to create turnovers and scoring opps for the weak O. I think that will be a problem tonight. My one fear is that OSU was here last year and that will help them. It will not surprise me however to see KSU circle the wagons tonight in the desert!
I'm taking the Wildcats and under in a teaser.
