They call me over and over waking me from my precious sleep convincing me to send them money by bank wire to get high limits and a 30% match play bonus. But I must send money by bank wire.

Due to their repeated calls, I decide to go OUT OF MY WAY and make a bank wire.
Today I call to make a bet. They say my limit is a dime, but I tell them I was invited to play for a high limit. They begin to research.

Their management is a joke. They keep you on hold too long and show no respect. Finally they tell me I cannot exceed a dime. Great! They simply go sorry and will send my money back. However, they can't do it today because it is past 12:00 pm their time.

They call me again to tell me they can't send my money unless I make the request via neteller - they can't manually process it - what a joke this book is!

If you want to be cold called, play with them, otherwise spare yourself the trouble.

Now we know who Nate is,....

A paranoid bookie who thinks that anyone who uses neteller is a bonus whore. If anything, you and all the other paranoid bookies should feel confident knowing neteller requires a valid social security number to certify an acct and thus has done the work for you to ensure
that someone is not using their cat, dog, etc to abuse you.

Furthermore, if you want to take the angle of referrals as a way to use the term "bonus whore group" that is also a bit lame as several posters on here have exchanged email addresses,,phone numbers,,etc and have developed relationships that lead to these referrals. Hell, I dont even personally know oldfriend, but I know that mentioning his name at certain books will get me a bigger bonus.

Well said shark. If books want business, this is not the way to get it. Even if someone was a bonus whore, the way you make money booking is by taking action and moving your lines. If paranoid bookies spent more time trying to get action and making strong numbers and less time categorizing customers as bonus whores they would see a much bigger bottom line. If I was your boss Nate I would fire your ass for making my book look bad.

zackzk,

It seems you would be aware already of FF's marketing plans as a 2 year member here. I think FF is a fine book.

Don't tell anyone I said that, because they do not advertise here. Some like to think and report that only advertisers here get any attention from the mods.

We are said to be supporters of advertisers only in some critics eyes.

The General, I addressed this problem because they do advertise here.

Cold calling is one thing but it is another for a book to make an agreement and then back out at their convenience. Any professional bookie would honor his word.

I am under the impression that youwager & wager7 are different. I would assume if First Fidelity(youwager) was advertising then the link would go to First Fidelity(youwager), but you may be right. They have not been up long I do not believe. Either way, i still think FF(youwager) is a good book but with lots of complaints about the marketing campaign. Once we get over that, the book is solid. Sorry for the confusion if I am incorrect about ads.

I am sick and tired of seeing complaints about First Fidelity and then Nate comes on here and either bad mouths them or claims they are part of some syndicate. Nate never answers the questions or complaints lodged by posters. He only alledges that these posters are bonus whores. Give me a break. I have posted in the past that these guys are no good and they lie. They tell you they will give you a bonus or high limits, so that you will post up and then they withdraw their offer. These guys are scammers of the first order and I would stay away from them. And with management like that, its only a matter of time before this book will find itself in trouble like cbs.

Yes I am Nate Evans, Director of Operations here at FFDT and I have ALWAYS said so!

I am proud of the book I run and especially proud of the fact that with 40%-50% growth per year, we have always paid EVERYONE the same day they request the payout. Do I go out of my way to cater to Bonus Whores who park their money for 6 bets and then go off to another bonus-ABSOLUTELY NOT.

I believe FF has one of the more stringent rules of a 6X roll over and a 30 day stay. But if you come in for a bonus, and then fulfil that, you are considered a bonus whore.

I think if books don't like players playing by the rules set for them, then the book should change the rules. Either do not offer a bonus like Pinnacle, or raise the roll over requirements. But PLEASE stop crying.

Well then why do you offer any bonus at all. If you detest these bonus whores, then repeal all your bonuses so that you don't encourage them. But for your shop to cold call people offering them these bonuses and limits and then withdraw that offer after they have posted up is a scam in itself. So I don't see you doing anything different from what the bonus whores are doing. You are a so called "post up whore" since you actively pursue these clients and then withdraw your offers. And if you are growing by leaps and bounds, then why the need for the aggressive cold calling operation. But see guys; all Nate does is bad mouth people and call them a bonus whore, scammer or whatever and never answers the above concern and question. If you hate the bonuses; THEN REPEAL THEM.

I honestly have more respect for the bonus whores than the cold callers. Email is one thing but cold calling more than crosses the line.

I'm not crying Zack, I'm just not letting you get away with it-

Take the dime limit, or if you want to bet balance, roll your money 6 times and then get the bonus.

You don't like it-bonus shop somewhere else-but be honest on the way in, and tell them what you do, and let me know what kind of bonus you get.
