I have played with these jokers for several months and have tolerated the annoying marketing of these guys and their goofy procedures. One of these procedures is that when you open your account they want to call you back immediately. I don't know why this is, but they will also call your house relentlessly to re-up. So I did re-up and took them up on their 30% Bonus Play bonus. But they want you to take that Bonus Play on the back end when you lose your post up. They told me I could withdraw my winnings which I did. I then lost my post up and now they are back tracking and won't give me the Bonus Play either. They also boast that they give a certain percentage back on losses. Well they told me I had to wave that for the 30% Bonus Play which they won't honor. I called these guys about this twice, and was placed on hold for 10 minutes until I was hung up on. These guys are very shady and I would stay away from them completely. Shady procedures, pathetic customer service as well as bonus lying. Be careful men.

Anyone who calls my private residence to pester me about re-uping or playing gets no patronage from me.

Also, If they are really being asses about it and you have presented all the facts here then I hope you used a cc to deposit because then I would say to charge back.

The relentless 'Calling My Home', even when I gave them a firm NO, is why they are on my AVOID FOREVER list.

Subscribe to privacy director through your phone company. All incoming phone calls marked unavailable go through a prompy asking for there name and business they work for. It then calls your house under privacy director and gives you details of the caller and ask if you would like to accept the call or not. It's cool and I love it!

Its weird on how people are downing First Fidelity all of a sudden when they are doing what they have been doing for years! Aggresively advertising! You have Beverly Hills Bookie on this web site doing the same only they reach out hundreds at a time! Guess everyone is entitled to their opinion, so instead of debating or arguing I'll just Head to a different place to post up! Guess its off to major wager!

Jls626, I agree aggressive advertising and/or cold calling is a common practice in this industry.

I am not saying if it is a good practice or not, but from my experince if you tell them to put a note on your account not to call your house they won't call. Tell them your wife doesn't know you gamble or something.

I know the whole industry does it! I get mail from wwts,First Fidelity, Horizon,BetUs, Millenium, Heritage, SBG Global, Guardian Guarantee, Cris, Carib, and many more! Whats the big deal! Just throw them away! First Fidelity NEVER called me in 8 years I'm dealing with them! Find it kind of weird! Didn't post up for a month or so and never recieved a call for an upgrade! So I can't figure them out! They are one of the best in the industry for payouts! I win and my winnings are posted in my account within 2 minutes of the official ending! To me they are one of the BEST AROUND!!

jls,
You are right about the payouts. I did request 2 payouts and they were paid within 24 hours. I don't have a beef with their payouts. My beef is that they hooked me with the 30% Bonus Play to re-up and now they won't honor that commitment. They flat out lied about the bonus. I deal only with books who are on the up and up. Pinnacle, Bluegrass, Grande, even Royal I have always gotten a straight deal with. But these clowns flat out lie to get a reload depositfrom me. I have other options to post up and I will use those options. And as a poster here, I feel a responsibility and also a certain amount of satisfaction to expose these clowns for who they are.

I have dealt with them for two years and have had no problems at all. Quick next day Fedex pay-outs and I like their software. Of course, no overnight lines but a good square book.
I've heard repeatedly about their sales calling, etc. but they have never done it to me. I'm hard to get a hold of so maybe that's why they haven't got me on phone. If they've called they didn't leave any messages. They do kill a few too many trees for their mailings but if that's the worst thing a book does that's fine with me!

Studbolt,
Hey voice your opinion, thats fine! I never gave a shit bout bonuses so it doesn't bother me at all! Heck my local bookie NEVER gives me bonuses either! As long as you are in the red First Fidelity gives you a bonus on EVERY RELOAD!! If its great bonuses you are looking for then maybe they aren't for you!! But I'll keep giving them A THUMBS UP from me, until they do me wrong and I don't know if that will EVER happen!

They use caller ID to the extreme. You can give them the wrong phone number when you sign up and they won't even right it down. They will write down the number on their caller id and bombard your ass like a mutha ****a. They will pay promptly though.

I have nothing against this book as they pay me when I want my money, QUICKLY. I'm not a fan of the marketing department either but one call from me and I never got called again.

I think the General knows who to call over there as well to leave you off the list. Don't quote me on that though.....

The problem is their customer service employees get no base salary. That's right $0 per hour. They work solely on a comission basis. Now you know why they don't take no for an answer. They have to put food on the table.

In my opinion it's bad business.

When i had this issue with FF, I called Nate and had a very friendly conversation. Nate was very easily able to remove my name from the agressive marketing.

Good luck

I'm going to get a $50 NETeller transfer from William Hill Casino tomorrow. I'm thinking about making my "First" Fidelity deposit in the hopes they will stop cold calling asking when I'm going to postup.

When I go to work, the only thing I care about is when the breaks are and for how long. I always ask every time at the start.

With sportsbooks, the most important thing is withdrawal methods and procedures. I don't know if it's just me but I don't see any way to request a withdrawal from their website. Either this is a deposit only shop or you have to call.

How do you get a withdrawal and what methods do they offer? And how fast do they pay?
