'Heckle and Jeckle' is simply another term for the word 'fixed' and that's the way it is with this particular sport. probably more than any other as far as major sports leagues are concerned (NHL, MLB, NFL)

They simply had to fill the slot on Sunday afternoon, prior to the start of the Dallas-Denver match which will tip off at 3:30 p.m. est. The 12:20-3:00 slot was available and had to be filled by this series.
Considering the blowout tonight, I'm quite surprised that I saw so many cappers, who I thought were quite efficient at capping the NBA, on the Hawks and the measely +5 points.
I suppose there's a difference between 'good' and very 'good cappers', with the latter being the one or ones that I have yet to come across when it comes to capping hoops.
