my girlfrends uncle used to be a coach on the team he is elsewhere in the league now as he was close to his coaching pension and they basically said that if they didnt do well this year jauron would stay and everyone else would go. So he left because he was able to get a 2 year contract elsewhere to guarantee his pension. Seems like Ralphie likes Jauron. Don't know if this will hold up but thats what was said in the off season.
Why was he hired...................look they don't want to win in buffalo the coach is the lowest paid coach in the league they have made blunder for so many years it is silly I used to root for this team( I was in BUF) but now I love watching that team lose I told my dad they will have 4 wins this year very very badly run team in every way
