Bush bears the full responsibility of 9/11, the Khobar Towers bombing, the first WTC attack, the two US embassy bombings in Kenya and Tanzania, the USS Cole bombing and the rise of bin Laden and al Qaeda in general - all of this is Bush's fault. Oh, I almost forgot the memo: he was too busy golfing to read the memo titled "Bin Laden determined to attack America!", which would have made all the difference.

The facts would not support that Obama was solely responsible. World Trade Center 1 in 1993 happened under Clinton's watch but the planning happened long before he took office when Bush the elder was in office
